I am planning on hiking the trail with my nephew when we go up. I hear its a long trail but im guessing it will be worth it. Just one more week then nothing but fresh air!

Thanks,

I do have a couple of shoot videos in different video folders where we were holding the camera in the boat ... some are in GoPro Vids and Gregs Vids.

@smitty55 - if I am understanding what you are referring to correctly, the swimming animals is a family of ducks - if you watch all the way to the end, around the 1:58 to the 2:11 minute (ending) - the drone camera looks at them on the shore line in the rocks... a trail of little ducklings behind mama duck.Good-eye to catch that!

Yea you're right about the ducks. Upon review I can spot them jumping into the water and then catching up to mom, making it look like one critter from that high up.
And yea I checked out some of the chute videos. A neat view but it doesn't give the same feeling as when the camera is in the boat like your one from 2016.

Cheers

Fishing Discussion / Re: Targeting Walleyes with a Crawler Harness

@T-Bone and those interested.
I know I'm a day late and a dollar short. Haven't been on here in a long time. Johnny walleye is who taught me and is due the credit.

I typically troll in 6 to 20 FOW with changing contour of the shore line and different bottom structure. I troll as slow as possible and use a 1/2 ounce walking sinker on the main line with a snap swivel bellow that to attach the crawler harness, I tie my crawler harness at about 3 foot long If slow trolling doesn't seem to be producing, I speed it up a bit.

This was a hot combo and normally produces very good results. I've used a number of color combinations and most work.

Ban is still on in Ontario.
