Lot 3: has 2 cabins on it. $250,000 plus tax
Lot 4: has 2 cabins on it. $270,000 plus tax

If those are CAD prices, here is the USD conversion as of today.
Lot 2: has 3 cabins on it. $385,437 plus tax
Lot 3: has 2 cabins on it. $194,665 plus tax
Lot 4: has 2 cabins on it. $210,238 plus tax
There are 2 or more cabins on each lot. You can split the price with a friend! :D

Unfortunately, if your property is a rental property and you go to sell it you need to add gst and qst to the price.
