Thank you to all who submitted photos! We had so many exceptional photos submitted this year it was extremely difficult to choose. Please do not be discouraged if your photo was not chosen. This does not mean it was not a great photo - there are many factors we consider when choosing a photo. In many cases, image resolution is too low once the photo is enlarged, the improper orientation may have been used (portrait instead of landscape) or the subject matter was not suitable- we try to focus on the natural beauty of the area rather than use photos with people, transportation, hunting or fishing photos, business logos, etc. We also receive an abundance of submissions for one season making it difficult to choose only a few.
Calendars can be purchased locally, $10 each (cash only) at the Kebaowek Band Office during office hours (Monday - Thursday 8am-noon, 1-4:30 pm and Friday 8am - noon), please ask for Roxane. Mary Down Mckenzie is also selling calendars locally.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Canada Post labour dispute we are unable to offer online orders at this time.
Thank you for your support.
Hi Christina, with the postal strike on hold now will you be offering online orders now?
