Post by: Bass n Butter on August 17, 2025, 09:20:08 AM
 Hello to all,

New to the forum, love to fish, main targets are walleye, bass, lakers. But I'll take anything. Live in Kemptville On.

I've booked an ABB on Baie-Dorval for for second week of Sept. Super excited. Looking for any advice, tips, suggestions, locations anyones willing offer up.

I believe we need to launch in Laniel.

Cheers, Marty

Hi Marty, welcome to the forum, I'm just down the road from you, outside Oxford Mills.
I don't fish much anymore and haven't fished Kipawa since I was a kid so I wont be much help for you in that department but let's meet up for a coffee at Tims sometime.

I've never fished that far up the lake, I have toured this year and there were definitely people sitting on points and some rock humps up that arm of the lake.  If you have a good sized boat and motor it's not really that far to cover a lot of water up there.  Great time of year to troll, good luck and let us know how you do.  Last september the ripplin red fin in gold and silver blue were amazing
