Quick question...Does the ZEC Kipawa fee of $100.00 include the fishing license fee or is in addition to the license fee?

It is in addition to the license fee.

If you go to Ogas they ( and probably most of the outfitters ) include the ZEC fee's in their rates. The fishing license is extra.
