Anything fishing related on your Santa list ? Merry Christmas to all and Happy New Year !
Would love an underwater camera to see exactly what's on the bottom....sand, rocks etc. Anybody know how far visibility is on the bottom. It's very stained water.
Merry Christmas to all and God bless you all
For years now, when asked about my list, I always responded gift certificate (e.g. Cabela's gift certificate). While perhaps somewhat selfish, gift certificates provide me the opportunity to do my own research in my own time and do that touchy feely stuff before I buy.
Seasons Greetings to All

Hi Brent,
I'm holding off on any feelings about a Cabela's store in the Ottawa area until it's here and I have visited it. While I have been very satisfied with the US Cabela's stores I have visited, my experience with the on-line Canadian Cabela's store has not matched the same level of satisfaction (e.g. Cabela's Canada doesn't offer the same products nor at the same prices). I'm planning another visit to the Cabela's store in Scarborough, Maine next May. However, the addition of a Cabela's here just might kick start some creative thinking at Lebaron's and at Sail.

I agree with Jay.
Don't get to excited about Cabela's Canada.
I have been to Barrie a few times and very disappointing.
Just a satellite store like SAIL .
Same stuff as Bass Pro Canada.
Same Canadian based products as anywhere else and Same Canadian Based pricing.
No big deal.
Same crap, different store
I was at Cabelas in Barrie last week, didn't buy a thing!!! Great for bulk jig heads and fudge is all I saw.
Lets not forget the Blair's hot potato chips
I agree with Jay, I like the Cabela's gift cards so I to can browse and get the touchy feely time.
I didn't consider that Cabela's Canada wasn't stocked the same as Cabela's U.S.
I do visit Cabela's regularly, I have one about 5 miles (8 kilometers) from home. So I can easily walk out empty handed.
