Satellite shot of today
If you zoom in close enough, you'll see where it is starting to open up

Better call mechanic and get the Stanley ready, I'll be heading up early this year to get camp opened and maybe a new deck.
Anyone know of any cleaning companies/ girls around Kipawa area?

Hello folks.  Below is a link to MODIS imagery from april.19th/2016.  You will have to scroll the horizontal bar approximately 3/4 to the right and the vertical bar about 1/2 down.  From there you'll see nipissing.  Once you spot nipissing it is quite easy to reference kipawa (slightly north east).  As you can see, both are still quite white, ie: lots of ice left  >:( >:(  Weather has been good but still a good amount of snow in the bush.  Kipawa ice off likely to be early may as per "normal".  BRING ON SPRING!!!
