Thanks for all the info fellas. My group has been coming up to Kipawa for the past 36 consecutive years! "I must like it." Most of our fishing is done around Corbeau, Alwaki and Hunter's Lake. We arrive next Friday May 31st. I will be checking the posts daily until we leave to pick up any pointers, as well as how the usual productive fishing areas are producing. Or any "new areas" that we may want to try!
The jigs tipped with a leech or a worm is our preferred method for those walleye's. However we also will troll, flatlining or down rigging. We like to catch the odd lake trout as well as pick up the occasional walleye trolling.
If you happen to be on the lake, our "call signs" are Blubyu, Honolulu Harry and Toybox.
Great information everyone! Good fishing!
