NF related.....Looking to purchase waterfront camp or lot on Kipawa

Hello everyone!
After a couple years absence my wife and i are once again looking for a place on kip.
We had been looking for the right place for many years with many disappointments, a few close calls with offers but always seemed out of our grasp.
After about 7yrs looking we purchased a camp on the lower french river in ontario.
While we enjoyed our stay in the french river area we were always talking of kipawa and how we would likely return.
Last year we made 2 trips to kip to look at the lots up at red pine chute with a necessary visit to say hello once again to puckster. The last time we saw his place he was just installing his dock, we tied up there even before the boards were in place..lol.
He had no structure at the time. Now he has a camp built, and we are kicking ourselves for not doing the same years ago.
Anyways.....

Should anyone know of a place for sale, preferably with road access please send us a message.
We are currently without a place and my driveway will look like it was out of Sanford and Sons place if i have to park it there all summer.

We are looking for a built camp, an empty lot, or a partially built structure....

Glad to be back in the mix again!

Hey, wait a minute. Hold it. I just rechecked my stocking from Santa and I couldn't find a cabin on Lake Kipawa deed. I want one too. I certainly was a good person this past year.

I saw some on Re/Max Canada. Just search 'kipawa'. Not much there though. Local insight probably a better path.
