Curious What Bait Everyone Uses

Just curious what everyone uses in their arsenal for catching walleyes or pickeral or whatever you want to call them?

we take about 100 to 150 night crawlers or a flat from billy bobs kipawa bait.

     I use crawler harness's, jigs, and even use hot-n-tots and other types of crank baits. I also use both leeches and night crawlers. I try and troll a depth with a crawler harness or crank bait around the 20 foot level and when we catch a walleye we stop and jig over where we caught the fish. some evenings we head down to sandy point and jig on the sandbar.

Do you use a fishfinder at all?

@ RHYBAK I have used a fish finder the last couple of years. Mostly to find the depths I am looking for, or structure.

you should use it ti find the bait balls and fish schools sitting on bottom.

@ RHYBAK, will do. So do you first go to your areas scouting with the depth finder for the bait balls and schools of fish, then get to fishing? or troll until you see something you like? I have always heard most people talking about using it to stay in the right depth mostly, and not so much for what you are marking.

We take a flat of worms from a local distributor, way too many since there are 500 but we never run out and we leave the rest for the next group in camp.  We also pick up a pound of leaches, but since we are going for 2 weeks straight this year we might need more.
