Mostly for the day with Rainy Daze Guide Service and his beast of a boat. At the time I was starting to contemplate a new boat and really like the Skeeters. What better way to test a boat but fish for a full day in October

So we just rented a cabin on the US side for the full week to make it easier.

We spent a week on Rainy Lake, I can tell you it was very close second to Kipawa. If I'm being honest the average size of the walleye were better. We saw very few other boats, mind you it was on in October. I was set to go back this spring, so that should tell you how good the fishing is, but of course that didn't happen!

I looked at Rainy Lake on the map and more than half of it appears to be in Canada. Curious why you would enter the states to go there @GregL ?
