Anyone know if the price of the Quebec 7-day license has been set yet? If so, how much?

Somewhere around 44 dollars Canadian.
So that's about $8.75 U.S. once you convert the dollar difference.

cost me almost 80 bucks for a season last year.
Days spent fishing don't count against life :)
