Well just in,  my time off may 20 -29.  Ive been up this time a couple times fishing has never been good for me.   Water is high and flowing,  trees and brush are brown, no bugs, cold nights. This will be my first time up there while I am truly alone, always had at least my dog to keep me company, but not no more. I just want to go out and explore Ross and Lescot  all day and night if capable. Many small bays and creeks to navigate in a kayak.  No reason to rush back to camp. Ill take what I need food, water, TP, camera, (my mom always says to take bells to warn the bears and other creatures of the woods), and beer.  Hopefully no one broke into our cabin or no trees have fallen on it.  My favorite times up there have been uneventful, (in the normal sense), so I hope this will be one heck of a trip, to my standards.

What part of the lake do you have your cabin?

We pass Lacs Ross and Lescot, and presumably your cabin, on the way to Club Trout Lake. Is it the white one you can see from the road? Don't they also connect to Ogascanan by a creek or portage?

How is the fishing in general in Ross and Lescot? Never tried it. Have been on Ogascanan before.

Have a safe and enjoyable trip!
