Here is a short condensed version.  Dog's been mega busy and has been unable to put together his signature report for this year.

Well, we had a great week at Lake Ogascanan. Decent weather, fantastic comraderie, good food, almost bearable bug activity, plenty of drink (although we could have used another bottle of bourbon), good fishing and just enough catching to keep us interested. The flurry of activity on Friday in Area 51 was definitely one for the record books. The Troika at one time  experienced a triple header, alas Flag lost his...good thing cause someone had to net the fish.  We once again were super lucky as our arrival and departure weather on the bush road and between the lodge and Smith Pass cabin was rain free and reasonable.  The Auberge again was accommodating and the Crew's dinner there was good on our inbound leg. Aunt Emmie's hospitality and picnic buffet was once again off scale high on our return.  Traffic was congested as usual on the 400-11 both ways, especially on the 3rd during our return. Although the border crossing on the return was too easy...no wait!!  During the week the Troika - Crab, Unc and Flag - spent most of the time in Liberty Call, and she treated us very well. The Young Guns - Dog and Doc - busted the move in the lodge boat. All in all, another very good week in the Quebec backwoods off the grid.
