I was on Club Trout Lake's web site and it said that the new slot and filleting regs don't apply there. Why?

Hi Gary,

Club Trout Lake is an outfitter with exclusive rights. As I understand it, an outfitter with exclusive rights can set his/her own harvest regulations.

For outfitter establishments with exclusive rights, to comply with the obligations set out in the lease and to prepare a triennial wildlife management plan.
