I am not certain if Photobucket has targeted me individually, this site or if others are having issues. It seems they want $300 per year for me to use their services. Hmmm.... not happening. So I am testing out another photo hosting site called postimg.org. If you have posts that have been affected, if you would like to fix them using tinypic or if you want me to do that, just pm me. (I will be unavailable from July 29-Aug13)

The first picture was only 300 x 225. I didn't realize at the time that I had resized it down that small.
The second picture is 2048 x 1536. So if you decide you want to use https://postimg.org instead of photobucket, it appears you won't have to resize your pictures.

A different site I'm on has reported the same issue with photobucket.  They too are going elsewhere instead of paying the ransom.
Google in it and you can see it is their new corporate policy.
