Are bass open???   I see reports of catching bass but I thought they were out of season until June 15th?

I have no idea when the bass opener is either buuuuuuut catching bass is a lot different than targeting (and keeping) bass. If people are targeting walleye but catch a bass it's not like you can get in trouble so long as you throw it back. It's not like the fish know the opener dates...
