So what's everyone asking for from Santa this year? Any new fishing gadgets? That new reel (like me!)? 100 pounds of jigs?  Some new Hot-n-Tots? New boat accessories?
C'mon...let me see you list!!

In general I'm spoiled and other than a few do-dads for Kipawa I'm simply asking for emotional guidance, professional success, and continued good health in the new year.

Happy holidays to all...

T-Bone.

Embrace every moment...you only get it once

Oarin

At my age there isn't really anything I need, especially fishing gear. I have all I  can use. I hope I'm healthy enough to get in next year's and hopefully a few more after that of the Kipawa trips. I'm really looking forward to the solitude of the TBL outpost and beautiful Lac Kipawa with my son. July can't come soon enough!!

Greg

OH man Oarin - you said it... can't wait to get the boat back already - and it has only been gone a month!

And I have enough fishing equipment also... so why did I buy another rod today??? ... had a $50 gift certificate, it was on for a clearance price ($55 off) - got it for about $35 and it is a $150 rod...  now to find a good quality reel sometime over the winter...

All I want is for good health to everyone... something I think more and more about know that I have hit the half century and have more doctors appointments then hair cuts.

As with most of you, I have more gear than I'll use in my lifetime. Wishing all the very best of health, for without it, life is not the same. I had to cancel my Alaska fishing trip this year due to illness.( day before my flight )  So now we settle in for for an agonizingly long winter, waiting for the ice to rot and sink, dreaming of the lunkers were going to catch, the new spots were going to try, new tactics we've read about. Ahh, what would life be without water and our finned friends that we pursue?  HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!! and tight lines.

I too have been blessed with everything I need and then some. With a wonderful bunch of guys here to boot. TY for being here guys and all the banter that goes with it. TG for that. It's been a great and busy summer and I'm quite proud of what I achieved. If I can ask Santa for one teensy little thing....My Jeep is dying and Poppa needs a new truck...
Days spent fishing don't count against life :)

Agreed with the sentiments on this thread, got lots of stuff, too much actually.
In fact ask me a week ago when we were cleaning out the garage and I would have definitely said "we have WAY too much crap".

That being said I'd ask for health and happiness for our family and friends (and that includes everyone on this board) and some more good times at camp.......

Happy Holidays Everyone!
