While I had a few minutes this morning sitting on a boring conference call I took a tour around my Ontario webcams list to see where the snow was falling already in the north. Not sure if any has hit the ground yet in Kipawa...but I'm sure it's getting close if not.

Moving west to east, Lake of the Woods has snow on the ground, Chapleau area has a dusting on the ground, flurries flying in Timmins right now...and it looks like rain in North Bay and the Muskokas as I write this. Warm weather here in my neck of the woods is moving out today for good it seems...highs in the 50s...lows in the 30s and high 20s through the week. I'd still like to get out golfing once more this season...and though fishing is still possible it'd have to be sunny and on the warmer side for me to spend the time.

Hope everyone is well...and dreaming about next year's trip up to our collective slice of paradise.

My bro was up at his place this weekend past and they got some snow flying in the air one morning, no accumulations though.
But, it's coming.....

I just got to camp a couple of hours ago. I was told told they've had flakes in the air but nothing stuck around. Now it's +7C and raining. Lake levels are up too almost a foot up. My dock is floating again. I got the wood stove cranked and the place is just starting to warm up. None of my neighbours are here, just me. I Love the quiet.

They are calling for a dusting of snow tomorrow here in the hills of NW Pa.

Chuckling...
Yawl can keep all that white 4 letter word.

I got 2+ inches of more rain today and a low temperature of 50f. After this rain stops, and my lakes reopen, I'm getting out on the water.

Woke up Sunday morning to a couple of inches of the white gold.
Reports from family in North Bay indicate the same and still falling.

I got to camp yesterday afternoon, snowing but little accumulation. A dusting overnight. All roads were just wet, no slush.
