Boat cleat

I had to mount my Downriggers in a spot that blocks one side access to the rope cleat when riggers are mounted. I looked and see they make a boat cleat that folds down when not in use. Anyone here have experience with them? I’d like to mount one as an addition to the four normal ones I have and only fold up to use when rigger in place.

That's exactly what I was asking about. Your boat's cleats are all folding? Are they sturdy enough?

They are definately strong enough.
