Crawlers

Believe it or not, I have never used crawlers at Kipawa. What's the best option, a whole crawler or a half or small piece?

1/3...at most. I suppose it depends on if you're tipping the jig with a plastic body...

The family will pretty much not allow leaches in the boat so I always use worms without plastic twister tails and use half a worm.  We never have an issue catching.

When using a worm harness or a spinner rig I use a whole worm. For jigs or slow death rigs a half worm at most depending on the size.
