There's a trip report available (http://www.canadafishingguide.net/forum-2/member-trip-reports-1/lac-hebert-quebec-fly-in-with-air-tamarac/) from 4 guys who did their first ever fly-in trip to infamous Lac Hebert, Quebec with Air Tamarac. Within the trip report, there's a reference provided to 90 pictures and 2 videos. Well worth viewing.

@Jay Thomas wow thanks for sharing this report! I added this trip report to the master index under Lake Herbert via Air Tamarac.
I also added a link (towards the bottom) to the master trip report index of the Canada Fishing Talk forum and the walleye central forum for more wintertime reading :-)
One more cast...

Jay-

Thanks for sharing.

I read your prior report too on Hebert... The swim baits techniques sounded interesting. I may have to pick some of those up and give them a whirl.

Some of the guys I fish with each year on our canada trips have been to Hebert (before I joined the group). It's been over 10 years since they went, but they reported similar positive experiences. They said it was the best walleye lake they ever fished and literally had large episodes of fish on every cast virtually.

The only rub about the trip they said was having to drive the entire Clova road to then jump on a plane to fly in... That does seem a little ridiculous to me (or maybe that's why the fishing is so good;-) I believe my friend said that Air Tamarac also offers flights from Baskatong to Hebert (for an additional fee). That does seem a bit more reasonable - Clova Road can be a nightmare.
