September Pike

I am visiting Kipawa in early September ... what and where will be most productive for pike.

You might have a better chance of getting responses if you narrowed down where you are going on Lake Kipawa - it's a very big lake. I fished the north eastern arm of Lake Kipawa out of 3 Seasons Camp. While I didn't target pike, I always caught 10 or 12 pike during the weeks I was there while trolling worm harnesses for walleye. Sorry I can not provide more assistance.
