Facebook page created

     I just created a facebook page called "Kipawa Area Friends" It is a secret group within facebook that only members involved in it will be able to see the pictures and text. I thought for now that would limit traffic on it to discussion relating to the kipawa area and keep a lot of the other drama associated with facebook to a minimum. For anyone who has a facebook page and wants to join send me a PM of the name you use on facebook and I will add you to the group. I thought this was worth a try... lets see how it goes.

Ok this might not be as simple as I thought it would be! Those of you asking to be on the page either have multiple people of the same name on facebook or I don't have a way to friend request you because it is blocked or something? I am not the most tech savy person so anyone with ideas let me know. The biggest part of the problem may be that it is a private group. If I made it public that may solve some of these issues but may also have to deal with a lot more non kipawa related issues, and drama of facebook.

For the people wanting a friend request from Brad, go to your timeline and copy the url in the browser window. It should read https://www.facebook.com/Your name, but maybe Brad would still have the same issue with multiple names. Although I would guess if there are multiple names the same, it would have a number after it. Might be worth a try.

Send me a PM wishing to join the group and I will give you my facebook name and you can send me a friend request... that way it will be limited to members of this discussion board and not just anyone surfing the net.
