Jay you are correct. Since it's an exclusive rights lake the size slot does not apply. We have personally complied with those sizes pretty much and have thrown a few back that have been larger since they are the good  breaders but you could keep, them if you wanted.

Thanks for your response. Our group fished an exclusive rights outfitter at Club Trout Lake. Our last trip there was Aug 2017. The Quebec harvest limits did not apply there either during any of our 9 trips.
