Meal Planning - your got tos

OK you've piqued my curiosity. I've had many veg gardens but have never attempted garlic before. I'm a home cook and use lots. I wonder if ginger will grow here? Anyway much food for thought here. I should start a garden thread for us camp owners so inclined. Thx for ideas guys, just what I need a new challenge lol.

Smitty is right about the mulch for them. I use a bay of straw to put about a 6 inch cover over them. Nice looking crop Smitty!
