Yes every spring when I open up, the moose have knocked the snot out of my lilacs and young maples.

This summer I noticed a nice clear print on my beach so I followed it.
He came out of one of my trails that leads to a nice sandy beach....walked across the lawn right up to the sauna,
turned around and proceeded to walk through the fire pit.

The last print he left was in the charred remains of the last fire.

Moose hunting is very expensive to do now in Quebec since they altered the rules a couple years ago.

Good crop of grouse this year. They're everywhere around here.

Grouse are a lot of fun and my young dog seems to have a good nose for them. He's only pick up a couple yet but found them pretty quickly when they were around.

My friends Bernie and Deborah were at Alwaki at the same time - nice black lund and I think they one dog now.

Unfortunately my fall trip got cancelled due to a medical problem, which I am greatly disappointed in.

Yes they have a large poodle.  When we staying beside them in July they had they second dog but he was really sick then.
