Ha ha, I think he just might be able to do that!

There are endless supplies of people you can strike up a conversation with at the water cooler or the local bar or bus stop.... but the number of people who you can spend a few hours, days or a week with in a boat...the ones that are just as happy to see you catch the big one, the ones  that smile when you screw up a net job, the ones that will share the last beer even though you are several ahead..not   so many. Any one who has ever lost a fishing or hunting buddy knows the empty feeling. Just let the memories of the good times help you through the bad. thinking of you and all of those who have departed boat mates.
So many lures and so little time.

Thanks again guys. Today was Mark's funeral and I was dreading it, but there were lots of photos of our trips and other great times we had and times with his other many friends. I got to talk to other good friends of Mark and share stories with them. We're all going to miss him, but nothing will kill our great memories. RIP my friend. Gary, AKA Oarin Tushore, as Capt. Guy called me.

Mike

Gary - my dad just called today and told me the sad news.  We're all incredibly sad and sorry for your loss.  My grandmother always told me, "Mikey, don't waste your days - you never know if you're gonna get more."  This sad news just reaffirms that piece of advice.  TBL has certainly lost a friend.

Thanks Mike, your parents are very special people. It was very kind of them to call me.  Gary.
