PG - I have that same Weber grill you mention at my summer home and love it!  I even use a charcoal chimney to put the charcoal in and place it over the propane burner which seems to get the charcoal going even faster.  You can't beet a Weber!

I was just in Cuba and with exchange rate kept me from taking a fishing charter, we are getting smoked on it. $100 Can got us $66 CUC. So all inclusive pool bar saw my butt most of week.

Our camp we're lucky as the regular 8 or 10 that go we can all cook and works out awesome. We have full stove/ oven, bbq propane, bbq charcoal barrel and propane smoker. The couple that don't cook are great to jump in and clean up. Main choice is always charcoal. One of our guys is a fabricator so a great gift for camp.

Owner of IGA came out to meet us in the spring, she offered if we email her a list and pick up time they'd have it all ready for us in boxes. It worked great and good sale for them.

We have it down to a super fast system, usually less then ten minutes in town, split in groups to get bait, ice, beer, food and someone goes and gets boats over to loading docks ready. From my house three hours I am on the island with no messing around.
