You can go across the road to 102 and get a license.  On the topic of leeches I have always bought them in North Bay on Trout Lake (which is where they come from), Quebec leeches come from a different source.

Duty free isn't necessarily cheaper than your local liquor store near home in the U.S.

I like my E & J Brandy.Duty free is 20 dollars for a 28 oz.
I have bought 40 ouncers for 20 dollars around Erie.
