Sometimes playing dumb works. Over the years General Rhybak has cleaned a few of our fish.  Right General?  ...  Only I wasn't playing dumb.  I really was. Watching someone save the wings as well as the cheeks leaves very little waste. I never knew what the wings were till he showed me. Very tasty.  Rhybak's knife is much better anyways.  Admiral Jay likes to use an electric knife which he has down to a science.  Last year, Commander Bluegill and I just did the sensible thing.  Gut, vacuum pack, and freeze for the trip home.
