Saw this posted on another forum and figured it was a good share. Quite well done. So neat to see split screens with Sonar, DI and SI along with a diver as well. The one thing I did find strange is that with DI good fish only showed up as a dot. He was pointing at them and I was ok yea sure. The straight 2D sonar still shows fish the best IMO.

That helps some. I gotta figure out my new machine I've never used side imaging before.  Looking forward to the mapdraw function.

I actually use DI all the time Smitty.  It seperates what you are seeing on the normal screen.  Like if you have 3 or 4 fish sitting tight to a rock pile it will show you 3 or 4 dots and the rock.  On the normal screen you will see a hump on bottom that could be anything and maybe 1 fish mark.  This way I can tell when a place is holding more fish. I use the split screen all the time.  I've never used side imaging but love my DI and would never buy a unit without it.
