Why would you eat Walleye everyday at camp

So here's my two cents worth...we usually have three meals featuring fish while in camp because we all simply love the fish, plain and simple.  I prefer seafood and/or fish over any "terrestrial meat source" any day of the week.  If I didn't like it (like @T-Bone) I wouldn't eat it.  As far as harvesting and taking home, I guess I just trust that the experts who set the slot limits do so based upon science and conservation.  It seems to be working, since the fishing has gotten steadily better over the years.  Okay, time to get back to work...
