Chris I'm not sure if you noticed but you are now at 999 posts so I just wanted to give you a big shout out for your contribution to this forum over the last few years, you'll be only the second member to hit 1000 posts after Rhybak did it a while back and is now at 1039.
Honorable mention to Puckster as well, Joe is at 993 so not far behind.

Cheers lads

RHYBAK

Congratulations

Just wanted to make it an even 1040

Wow! I didn't even know. So here it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS POST 1000

Not to get all sentimental or teary eyed, but this forum has made a serious impact on my life, since it is what brought me to Kipawa. Without it, I am not sure I would have known about all its wonderfulness.

"Boarder opening dependent" I hope to get trips 7 & 8 in this year. My July trip is currently scheduled with my Son in laws and their sons/my grand sons. That has me more fired up than usual! I can't wait.

I was hanging out with my oldest grandson last night, puttering on a project in the garage with him when he brings the trip up. He says "Papa........... Will we see Sasquatch when we go to Canada?"  LOL.. I call him J Bears, I said "J Bears, Sasquatch is a bunch of horse shirt" he says "I think its real" I said the only hairy monster your gonna see in Canada is me if you open the shower curtain while we are there!

This post is the kind of value I bring here! LOL! Post 1000 and it has a similar worldly impact and value as the other 999

Thanks Smitty and all here, I've made some real friends here and really appreciate it. I hope once all this Covid nonsense is over, that we can put together a KFF Convention/Meet & Greet. I would be willing to host a dinner, I make a mean wood fired pizza!

Man that felt good. LOL!  Thanks @smitty55

Hey Hodgey,
What are the dimension of your pizza oven. Hard to tell from your pic.
I wouldn't mind building one at camp using all natural stones from the property.

Personal pan pizzas for the group.

What are the dimension of your pizza oven.

It is a 42” round Pompeii oven

Thanks everyone for the kind comments.

The pizza oven project only took me three summers to bring it all together. LOL . It is my biggest accomplishment and most useful project I have ever done.
