I know we’ve discussed this before. Does anyone have a link for the official way to filet walleye to travel? I just wanted to brush up on it and can’t find in.  Thanks.

Simply scroll down to the last video. Looks simple enough and checks all the right boxes (pectoral fin on, skin on, pin bones removed and although not required, fillets of one walleye attached at tail).
