HELP NEEDED - 403 Error reared its ugly head again

For those of you who are on the board and can get on the board, I am wondering if any of you are having trouble accessing and getting a 403 error. It hasn't let Dog on for quite some time. I updated the forum late in the summer hoping that would fix the problem. I just got a message from 600 miles north last night through Facebook that he now can't get on. He says he hasn't changed anything. He uses a Mac. If anyone else is having problems on any devices, computer, tablet, or phone, please let me know and give as many details as possible. Ie, device, operating system, if you can remember when the problem occurred. Thanks for any help. I will check and see if there are any more new updates to the forum in the meantime.

I got that error on Monday when I tried to post from my cell. I thought the site wasn't mobile friendly.

Lima Charley, do you have an IPhone or Android? I am currently on the board from my android phone with no problems.

I get the error sporadically on my iPad, but not yet on my iPhone....never my PC. Possibly browser based?

I have to google the site, and click on the link where it actually says "discussion" and go in that way. If I click on the main link, then try to click on discussion, i get the 403 error...weird. At least I can still get in!

@michelle, Are you using a PC to log on to the forum? I am just trying to find some common thread, so far nothing. I will work on it this weekend again. Hopefully I can find something.

I used my pc, then tried on my iphone, exact same problem as on my pc

I use a version of firefox called cyberfox. Never an issue on my  PC. same on my phone. interestingly firefox and chrome works but the standard Samsung browser doesn't work.

When I got the error;  I found that if I deleted all my hot-links and bookmarks, then typed the Web address in, I could get in. 
It didn't work for Dog though.

For those of you who have had periodic problems with one device or another or different ways of logging in, could you please try to login and report back. I made a recommended change and I need someone to test it for me. I am going to tell Dog and 600. Hopefully this does the trick.

First time I've been able to log in in over a year. Seems to working for me now on my laptop (windows/chrome) unless something changes. my android smartphone also worked this morning. whatever you did, it seems to have helped.

I had that problem the other day and realized my password was incorrect
