So, being totally bored waiting for my boat to get out of storage I have reverted to watching YouTube videos.  I found one that reminded me of a time we used dry ice to catch/stun minnows for our bait.  We were out side of Timmins and came up with the idea to use some of the dry ice we had in the cooler to shock the minnows and then scoop them so we could save a drive back to town for a bait bucket refill.  Something like what is in this video https://youtu.be/CGek59n8ECE

What is the craziest thing you have ever done that had to do with fishing?

T-Bone

I once had a fishing partner get a little overwhelmed by too many Labatt Bleues, a cocktail of meds to equalize sour tummy, and a wavy boat setting while we were jigging up some walleyes one evening; he decided it was a good time to blow his own brand of chum all over the waters around Sunnyside that evening. I laughed so hard I couldn't even fish for 10-15 minutes. Suffice it to say...the walleyes didn't exactly start jumping in the boat after that...and we moved. The few boats around us at that time were aghast and also took the opportunity to find 'cleaner' waters.

BBQ chicken if I recall correctly. Still giggling about it now...and that was in like 2003....
