Is there a store to buy fishing licenses in laniel that's open this weekend?

We had parked in Kipawa previously but kipawa outpost charged us $40 per DAY last time to park there and that's unreasonable, so we are going to park at laniel public launch from now on and don't have experience with what's available there.

I'd suggest to just stop at Pronature - corner of chemin kipawa and 101 highway (Auberge Canadienne motel is accross the street) (red brick building with lots of windows on 45 degree angles) or Kipawa bait and tackle - right at the government docks in the basement/ground floor of the white house.
